3-Mode Drive System (Select Vehicles)

What’s the Benefit?

This system allows drivers to tailor various aspects of the vehicle’s performance to the current situation, for greater driving satisfaction.


The Feature:

The modes that can be selected vary according to the vehicle:

  • Some vehicles offer Normal mode for regular day-to-day driving, ECON for optimizing fuel efficiency, and Sport when conditions allow a more driver-engaging experience.
  • Befitting its performance level, the Civic Si replaces ECON mode with Individual mode, which allows drivers to create customized dynamic performance.
  • Select hybrid models offer ECON, Sport and EV modes, the latter allowing the vehicle to travel a short distance on battery power alone.
