This feature provides a powerful link between the vehicle and the owner’s smartphone, service providers and other sources—for enhanced confidence and convenience as well as expanded entertainment opportunities.

The Feature:

A built-in telematics unit allows the vehicle to communicate via cell signal with the owner’s smartphone, emergency services and streaming-entertainment providers.

Convenience features available via the owner’s smartphone include:

Viewing the TPMS status and tire pressure.
Starting the vehicle remotely.
A Find My Car feature that locates the vehicle with mapping software.
The battery state of charge and estimated range.
The ability to manage your charging preferences and sync them to your vehicle’s charge limit, charge mode and departure time.

Confidence-inspiring features include:

The ability to remotely lock and unlock the doors via smartphone.
Emergency services notification, either automatically following airbag deployment or by pushing an assist button in the overhead console.

For a broad range of streaming entertainment, the telematics system can transform the entire vehicle into a Wi-Fi hotspot.
The system is activated by downloading the HondaLink^®22 app to the owner’s smartphone, pairing the phone to the Bluetooth^®1 HandsFreeLink^® system and completing the registration process.
Some features require an extra-cost subscription.
