Side Curtain Airbags with Rollover Sensor

What’s the Benefit?
Side curtain airbags are designed to enhance protection for outboard passengers’ heads and upper torsos in the event of a side impact or rollover.

The Feature:
Every Pilot model provides standard side curtain airbags that extend to all three rows.

  • The side curtain airbags deploy downward from above all of the side windows.
  • In addition to the protection they offer outboard-seated occupants in the event of a side impact, these side curtain airbags are fitted with a sensor to help provide protection in a rollover.
