Advanced Airbag System

What’s the Benefit?
Front airbags help enhance driver and front-passenger protection in a frontal impact.

The Feature:
All Pilot models are equipped with advanced front airbags (i-SRS).

  • Front airbags are designed to supplement the seat belts to help reduce the likelihood of head and upper-body injuries to the driver and front passenger in frontal crashes.
  • The i-SRS airbag system continuously stages the volume of airbag-inflating gas, resulting in both enhanced protection and reduced occupant impact.
