Driver Information Interface (DII)

What’s the Benefit?

The Driver Information Interface is a versatile readout that tracks and informs the driver of numerous important systems, with minimal eye movement from the road.

The Feature:

Standard on Civic Type R and positioned in the middle of the instrument cluster, the 10.2-inch Driver Information Interface shows data with crystal-clear graphics.

• In addition to fuel-economy and exterior-temperature information, the interface displays Apple CarPlay^®16 and Android Auto™¹⁷ data as well as Bluetooth^®1 HandsFreeLink^® information.
• The system includes a screen for turn-by-turn directions.
• The steering wheel-mounted controls can be used to select the desired screens and navigate within the various functions.
• The 4-mode drive system allows customization of the screen specific to Comfort, Sport and +R modes.
• When in +R mode, the DII becomes track-ready with a large, graphic tachometer, a stopwatch, a G-meter, detailed vehicle information including gear position, oil pressure, oil and coolant temperature, and more.
