What’s the Benefit?

The Odyssey’s capless fuel filler makes refueling easier than ever.

The Feature:

With no cap to worry about, using this feature is a snap.

• It enables drivers to release the door and immediately insert the fuel nozzle—no need to remove a cap or worry about dropping it against the side of the vehicle.
• After refueling and withdrawing the nozzle, just snap the filler door closed and you’re on your way.

Important Note: When refueling with anything other than a standard filling-station nozzle, a special funnel must be used to avoid damaging the fuel system. The funnel, supplied with each vehicle, is located in a compartment in the right-hand side of the cargo area as you face the rear of the vehicle.
