The Feature:
Extensive sound insulation is used throughout the HR-V, resulting in a quiet, pleasant ride.

• Urethane foam is applied inside the pillars to fill gaps and other open areas.
• Sound insulation in the floor, doors and side panels makes for excellent sound control.
• Even the roof is lined with material that absorbs noise and controls vibration.
• Both the hood and instrument panel are also insulated to help reduce engine noise.
• Active Noise Cancellation on all trims uses the audio-system speakers to generate sound waves that help cancel out unwanted noise as well.
