Parking Sensors (EX-L and above) (Honda Sensing® feature)

What’s the Benefit?
This system helps drivers maneuver in tight spaces without touching other vehicles or objects, preserving that new-bumper look.

The Feature:
Sensors are embedded in the front and rear bumpers.

• At speeds below 5 mph, the sensors can detect objects that are close to the Pilot.
• The system can issue visual and audible alerts to help the driver carefully guide the vehicle in tight spaces; the audible beeps increase in frequency as the object becomes closer to the bumper.
• The system can be turned on and off via the safety support menu in the Driver Information Interface. 
• In addition, the rear sensors can be independently disabled when desired, such as while towing a trailer; the procedure is outlined in the owner’s manual.
