After launching without it for the 2023 model year, the all-new Pilot lineup adds the LX trim midyear.

The 2023 Honda Pilot is new from the ground up. Major new features include:

  • Ruggedly handsome exterior styling
  • A dual overhead camshaft V-6 with variable timing control on each cam
  • A 2nd-generation 10-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters
  • An available 2nd-generation i-VTM4® all-wheel-drive system
  • An even more rugged TrailSport trim that rocks the trails with added ground clearance, underbody skid plates, Trail Torque Logic and tough all-terrain tires
  • A multi-mode drive system on all trims featuring Normal, ECON, Snow, Tow and Sport modes—and adding Trail and Sand modes on AWD EX-L and above trims
  • An available Multi-View Camera System (MVCS) with front, rear and side views
  • Hill descent control on every trim
  • A removable 2nd-row center seat that can be stowed in the on-demand in-trunk seat storage well on select trims
  • An available Bose70 premium sound system with 12 speakers, including subwoofer
  • Apple CarPlay®16 and Android Auto™17 compatibility on all trims—with wireless connectivity as well as a Qi-compatible 15-watt wireless phone charger on EX-L and above
  • An available 4-inch, 4-color customizable head-up display
